How much does it cost?

Trucking: a monthly fee for the software, plus a one-time fee to set it up around your business. Pay yearly and the monthly fee is 15% lower: yearly is a 12-month commitment, paid up front, on the terms in your written agreement. Setup stays the same.

One price however you pay, with no card surcharge. Pay by bank transfer, Zelle or check and we take off the 3.49% + $0.49 PayPal fee we save; card, Cash App, Venmo, bank debit (ACH) and wire get back whatever fee they save. Discounts are rounded down to the cent. Wire is accepted on payments of $500 or more.

You pay for trucks. Drivers, loads and office staff cost nothing extra.

A setup fee of $1,490 or more can be paid in milestones: 50% to begin, 25% after the configuration review and 25% before launch. No interest and no finance charge. Work can pause while a milestone is unpaid. The complete schedule is set out in your written agreement, which is reviewed by counsel before it is used.

Questions, answered simply

What owners usually want to know before the first call.

Do I have to change my ELD?
No. Keep the device and the app your drivers already use. If it is Samsara or Motive, connect it with an API key from your own account and state miles arrive every night; with any other device, enter or import the miles from its own report. Live truck positions on the map and driver hours are planned and not available yet, with no date promised.
Can it replace what I pay ADP for?
For 1099 contractor drivers, StackViro calculates each settlement and produces the statement your drivers receive. It does not run payroll or file payroll taxes, so if you also have W-2 employees, keep your payroll provider for them.
My drivers are all paid differently. Does that work?
That is the normal case, not the exception. Every driver or partner company gets their own arrangement — per mile at their own rate, a percentage of the load, half of a run, or a flat amount — and whatever you choose is what their settlement pays.
We only haul for one customer. Is this still for us?
Yes. Carriers who run a single account do not need invoicing at all, so those parts simply stay switched off. You still get the driver pay, the compliance dates and the state miles.
Is it available in Russian or Turkmen?
The public pages your drivers apply and sign through run in English, Russian, Spanish and Turkmen today, with Ukrainian and Uzbek next. Translating the office screens you work in every day is part of what we set up for you, so your team is not forced to operate in English.
How fast can we be running?
Driver files are usually live within about two weeks. Settlements follow once we have matched your current pay numbers exactly, then the IFTA worksheet.
